Glorystone Podcasts (“Glorystone”), is a service available to radio stations and other organizations (“Customers”) for assembling and displaying on demand programming from their websites.
Info for Podcasters (“Info”) applies to our mobile and desktop web app, all related players, widgets, tools, features, applications, data, dashboards, back-ends, APIs (collectively, the “App“) and our Customer’s use of them.
The App allows Customers to make audio, video, RSS data, and other content (collectively, “Content”) available to listeners.
The App works primarily with the open, standard world of podcasts.
- A podcast is considered “open” if it publishes an RSS feed on a URL that conforms to the standard that most podcast apps expect.
- The App reads from these RSS feeds, allows Customers to add their own feed URLs, and plays content directly from your server, and doesn’t interfere with the content at all.
Glorystone does not control or monitor the Content made available in the App by RSS, other than to make it available, and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content.
Inclusion in Glorystone Podcasts
To be included in Glorystone, simply submit your podcast RSS feed to info@glorystoneapp.com, and it will typically show up for Customer’s in Glorystone’s “Program” search within 1–2 days. Before you submit, make sure that your show has a name, description, artwork and a well-formed feed by validating it here or here.
All Content provided through the use of Glorystone shall be consistent with Glorystone’s intended Christian and conservative themes. Glorystone shall have the full and unrestricted right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether any material contained in any part of the Content selected and/or scheduled by its Customers meets this criteria.
We neither endorse Content nor assume any responsibility to monitor, review or edit Content for any illegal or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party Intellectual Property Rights arising therefrom or any crime facilitated thereby. We reserve the right to remove any Content uploaded, posted, stored or transmitted using the App that we reasonably believe contravenes the statements contained in this Info.
Featured podcasts
Glorystone does not feature podcasts via human curation or editorial selections. Glorystone lets its Customers determine what Content is distributed and featured in the App. We will work with Customers to help build bridges between Content creators and listeners.
Paywalls
Any attempt to use our App to launch a paid subscription model to Content or otherwise lock-down access to Content behind a paywall without written approval from Glorystone is strictly prohibited.
Copyright Policy
- We respect the intellectual property rights of others. In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may terminate and/or disable a Customer suspected to be infringing the copyrights (or other intellectual property rights) of others. Additionally, in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion, we may remove or disable access to material on any of our Apps or hosted on our systems that may be infringing or the subject of infringing activity.
- In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us by clicking the “Contact Us” link on our Website.
- If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner) and believe that your work’s copyright has been infringed, please report your notice of infringement to us by providing us with a written notification of claimed infringement that includes substantially the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single Website are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that Website;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

We will investigate notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate actions under the DMCA. Inquiries that do not follow this procedure may not receive a response.
